This is the magnificent story of farm girl turned entrepreneur.  

I grew up on a farm surrounded by fields to roam, trees to climb, streams to play in and tons of fur babies to love. I packed my coloring book and crayons to attend board meetings and real estate negotiations as a toddler, and looking up to my parents, grew up knowing I wanted to be the best entrepreneur I could be. My dad always says he wish he went to law school because law is such an important part of business.

So, I went to University of South Carolina and triple majored in three years in International Business, Finance and Real Estate to build a foundation in business. I got my JD & MBA at Villanova (Dad almost joined me! lol) and then practiced corporate law for seven years before leaving to start my own business. A few weeks later, as I was writing my book on my couch with my pups and planning to release contract courses and templates, I landed negotiating multibillion dollar contracts for Fortune 500 clients and started Dean Street Law. Since founding Dean Street Law, I’ve closed over $10 Billion of transactions.

Within a few months, I grew Dean Street Law to six figures and a team of eight. Needing space for my team and wanting to diversify my income, I decided to open Flourish Coworking Space (having never been to a coworking space before myself). In just a few months, I built out a lush, sustainable and inspiring space that feels like home where you can come as you are to cowork, host events, and get your brand photography done.

Then, things came full circle. I continued writing my books (a different one) that will be published this year, launched my contract templates and courses, answered my most asked question of how I do everything I do through the Wild Ambition Lifestyle Design resources, and launched my educational platform.

Shortly thereafter, I pursued the dream of my lifetime to purchase my dream farm and build Ethereal Farms. We renovated two luxury accommodations in the rolling hills and draping forests of Chester County, PA wine country (you can see the renovations on my YouTube!) and grew our fur family to include horses, mini donkeys, goats, chicken, ducks, cats and dogs.

I also invest in commercial real estate, business acquisitions and start ups. I am particularly passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs and providing equitable access to capital and information. As such, I have committed to give over $100,000 of scholarships. In addition, I have dozens of speaking engagements each year at universities, conferences, organizations, press interviews and podcasts where I share anything I know to support women and entrepreneurs in their journey. In addition, through our robust internship program, I have mentored numerous students in their professional and personal development.

Now, I am excited to share that I am Miss Nottingham USA and will be competing for the title of Miss Pennsylvania USA 2024. The year of service as Miss Pennsylvania USA is a natural extension of my life’s work—positively impacting the world, being the change I wish to see in the world, championing a “come as you are culture,” supporting small businesses, promoting equitable access to information and capital to bridge the wealth gap, and inspiring others to live their most authentic lives. I would be honored to have the opportunity to represent Pennsylvania with pride at Miss USA, and perhaps Miss Universe. In addition, I am so excited to wear a couture gown that I’ve designed and made by hand on stage for the evening gown competition. Think a sun goddess dripping in gold and crystals, sunshine taken form and inspired by my love of the sun, outdoors, Ethereal Farms, and my strong Leo sun sign that shines through in every part of me.
