Laura DiFrancesco is an entrepreneur & corporate attorney, founder of Dean Street Law, Flourish Coworking Space, & Ethereal Farms. Laura is a thought leader in personal development, business and corporate law. She leverages her experience negotiating hundreds of multimillion and multibillion dollar transactions and representing thousands of companies to create business and legal resources to help protect and scale businesses.  

In addition, she was the first student in University of South Carolina’s history to triple major in three years and went on to complete her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration in three years at Villanova University. Laura has been awarded the Herman Mitchell Schwartz Award for her contribution to the achievement of equality of opportunity and treatment for women, the Dorothy Day Service Award for her pro bono contributions to the community and the Emerging Leader of the Year Award from the Main Line Chamber of Commerce for achievements in her career. She champions creating a world where everyone can “come as they are” and be fully celebrated and respected for their individuality and self expression. She is redefining what it looks like to be a successful woman in business. Her mission is to support and inspire billions of women and entrepreneurs to show up as the most authentic versions of themselves and share everything she knows to help them flourish.
